Documents to be uploaded
On this page you can find out about the documents that you will have to upload according to your Target Group (TG) and the level of mobility you would like to apply for.
Some partner universities may ask for additional documents and certificates. Please make sure that you have read the corresponding University Information Sheet that is available at bottom of the specific page for each partner university. Furthermore, you should check the specific description of the study programme you would like to follow. This description is available following the links under the heading Academic offer of the partnership.
All documents must be accompanied by a translation into English or the working language at the host university. At early stages of the application phase, non-certified translations are acceptable. Selected candidates, however, will have to provide an official certified translation into English or the working language at the host university of the most relevant documents (transcripts, degrees, etc.)

| Passport |
A scanned copy of the main page of your passport (the page with the photo). If you do not have a passport, then provide a scanned copy of your national identity card or equivalent document in your country. Keep in mind that, in case you are granted an Erasmus Mundus – Al Idrisi II scholarship, you will have to obtain a passport as a travel document and as proof of your nationality. |
